Startup Consultant Gets Fit to Empower Others

Silja Stallbaum started her entrepreneurial journey in her early 20s. The German native now lives in California and advises other startups. Since discovering MavieMe, she does so with even more energy and power.

The beaten path was never the route Silja Stallbaum envisioned for herself and her future, even during her time at the University of Hamburg. At just 23 years old, she developed the sustainable fashion label "Swedish Fall" with Marius Krüger, Jonas Detlefsen, and her twin sister Lara as part of a university project. Originally designed specifically for cheerleaders, the startup gained overnight fame after an appearance on the TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen" (The Lion's Den). Bolstered by public funding and private investment, the quartet launched an impressive success story that only the Covid pandemic halted: "In 2022, we made the difficult decision to close the shop," Silja recounts.

An end that marked a new beginning for the bundle of energy with vast marketing expertise. She moved to California and founded "shesaid consulting," a company aimed at helping budding startups achieve rapid and sustainable growth while avoiding the pitfalls she encountered as a young, dynamic entrepreneur. Simultaneously, she travels the world to find and strengthen women's networks and has already discovered several partner foundations along the way.

All this requires strength and energy, leading Silja to MavieMe: "Despite a healthy diet and regular training, I increasingly experienced mood swings and energy gaps, making me realize I needed to dig deeper. MavieMe came just at the right time."

"MavieMe is a simple, effective method to gain deeper insights into your health and take active steps to improve your well-being."

Thanks to MavieMe, the startup consultant learned the importance of looking beyond the obvious aspects of health and fitness: "The right balance of micronutrients can make a huge difference, not just for the body but also for the mind." Today, she views self-care not as a luxury but as a necessity because: "Once you experience what it's like to be full of energy all day without crashes, you don't want to go back."

Silja Stallbaum was surprised by how much room there was for improvement despite her already strong awareness of nutrition and fitness: "MavieMe has given me the tools and knowledge to not just alleviate symptoms but to understand and address the root causes."

The clarity of the action steps provided by MavieMe makes the difference for Silja and brings her one step closer to her credo: "Health, for me, is a holistic well-being that encompasses physical fitness, mental strength, and emotional balance. Ultimately, it's about being the best version of myself." For young, ambitious startup founders and strong women around the globe, a Silja Stallbaum in her "best version" is a blessing.

"I am now more informed, motivated, and healthier. And the best part is, I now know how to maintain this level."
