At Mavie Telemed, you will be looked after by experienced private doctors. Consultations are billed privately, meaning you will receive an invoice after your appointment. If you have private health insurance, you can usually submit the invoice to your insurance company. The reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan.
As a patient with statutory health insurance, you are responsible for the costs yourself. Reimbursement by statutory health insurance is currently not possible. Prescriptions or other documents issued as part of your treatment are also issued on an elective basis - associated costs (e.g. medication) must be paid independently.
