Fixing poor communication: after evaluating the current situation in your company, we will work as a team to come up with some alternative communication methods. These will consist of expert suggestions from our counsellors as well as expertise drawn from anonymised case studies from everyday consultations.
Conflict analysis and conflict moderation: we will analyse the current and target situations (roles, responsibilities, behaviour patterns) and prepare options and alternatives. Using mediation tools for de-escalating the situation, we will guide the process and enable the team to make decisions. Most importantly, we won’t leave you on your own and will support and evaluate the necessary implementation in your day-to-day work.
Moderation of bullying cases: where bullying is suspected, you need to act fast and effectively. Mediation in the presence of HR, management and the works council is an efficient way to resolve conflicts and create clarity for everyone involved.
