Our services

  • Evaluation of work-related psychological stress in accordance with Section 7 (4a) of the Austrian Employee Protection Act (ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetz – ASchG): a team of certified occupational and organisational psychologists will conduct a professional evaluation of your business in accordance with the standards ÖNORM EN ISO 10075-1 to ÖNORM EN ISO 10075-3.
  • Re-evaluation of work-related psychological stress in accordance with Section 7 (4a) ASchG: leading organisations such as the AUVA (Allgemeine Unfallversicherungsanstalt – Austrian Workers’ Compensation Board) recommend assessing companies regularly (every three years). We’ll help you stay on track and will start work based on where you currently are.
  • Certified, tested methods: We rely on qualitative and quantitative methods tailored to the size of your company: interviews, workshops such as job evaluation groups, and standardised questionnaires. We launched a partnership with OrgFit (www.orgfit.eu) in 2022, which enables us to conduct evaluations of large companies online and in several languages too.
  • Risk prevention and occupational health: Harmful working conditions do not always affect the whole of a company. As a manager, occupational health professional or safety expert, you will often spot issues that are causing a psychological burden for some but not for all of your employees. Here too, we can help and are happy to work together with you in a focused way.
